Restart the diagnostic tool and establish the communication with Airbag Module.
Select the LID3 tab in the diagnostic tool as shown above.
Read the LHS Pretensioner resistance value
The specified range for LHS Pretensioner is 2.0 to 3.0 ohms
Is the resistance within the specified range?
YES
Install the new LHS pretensioner assembly
(Refer the repair manual for the installation
procedure.)
No
If the resistance is more than 5.5 ohms GO to SRSK3
If the resistance is less that 1.9 ohms GO to SRSK4
