Check all supplied parts immediately upon receipt for any missing or damaged items and contact the company.
Handle glass carefully to avoid damage to corners or edges, and unwrap metal parts gently to protect plated surfaces.
Verify wall verticality and flatness, and bath rim levelness and flatness before commencing installation.
Position the underframe on the bath rim, ensuring the ramp faces inwards and one end touches the wall.
Unscrew and separate the cover from the wall profile assembly as shown.
Position vertical wall profiles on the underframe, check for plumb, mark fixing points, drill, and fit wall plugs.
Apply silicone to the underframe underside, replace it in position, seal the wall junction, and fix with tape.
Assemble hinges to the glass leaf, ensuring correct placement of sleeves and gaskets, and align with wall profiles.
Attach wall profiles to the wall with silicone for a waterproof seal, using packers for adjustment if needed.
Ensure wall profile is at 90 degrees to the bath rim, fully tighten wall screws, and replace the cover plate.
Offer up the assembled glass leaf, place plastic washers between hinge parts, and insert retaining pins.
