GTV Series – How to do Master RESET
Step 1 Select Sengs in the Top Right Hand Side (The Gear looking symbol)
Step 2 Select Device Preferences near the boom of the display

GTV Series Master Reset Procedure

Select Settings

Select the 'Settings' option, identified by a gear icon, in the top right.

Select Device Preferences

Navigate to and select 'Device Preferences' from the display menu.

Navigate to About Section

Within 'Device Preferences', highlight and select the 'About' option.

Initiate Factory Reset

From the 'About' menu, locate and select the 'Factory Reset' option.

Confirm Factory Reset Action

Confirm the factory reset by selecting the 'Factory Reset' button on the confirmation screen.

Erase All Data

Select 'Erase everything' to confirm the deletion of all data and settings.

Post-Reset Welcome and Initial Setup

After reset, the TV displays 'Welcome Majestic TV'; follow on-screen prompts to begin setup.

Remote Pairing Screen

The TV may show 'Pairing Successful!' or prompt for remote pairing.

Remote and Accessories Pairing

Instructions for pairing the remote and accessories via button press.
