  If your MAKINEX Inverter engine won't start, possible causes include: the unit is out of fuel (add fresh fuel), the wrong fuel was used (drain the fuel tank and add fresh fuel), low engine oil (fill up with oil), the choke is open when the engine is cold (close the choke), or a low battery (charge the battery). If none of these steps work, the engine may require servicing; in this case, contact an authorized Makinex dealer.

  If your MAKINEX Inverter engine lacks power, it might be due to stale fuel (drain the fuel tank and add fresh fuel), a dirty air filter (replace or clean the air filter), the generator being overloaded (reduce the load), the engine throttle being in the “SLOW” position (slide the throttle to “FAST” position). If these steps don't resolve the issue, there could be a fault in the alternator, or the engine may require servicing; in either of these cases, contact an authorized Makinex dealer.

  If your MAKINEX Inverter engine is running but there's no AC output, it could be due to a tripped circuit breaker (unplug all appliances from sockets and reset the circuit breaker) or a faulty appliance (connect with another appliance that is in good condition).
