After using or before cleaning product, please pull out the plug.
If the product falls into the water, don’t touch the wet product. You must pull out the
plug.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems when using this device please refer to the following tips and
solutions. If the massager is still in a faulty state or not available, please turn off the power
and unplug the device. User should not disassemble or repair the massager themselves,
please revert back to the seller for guidance on repair or replacement.
Condition Possible reasons/Solutions
Unable to start the massager Make sure the power plug is in socket. Confirm the switch
is on. Confirm if the button has been pressed.
When using, it suddenly
stops to work.
Please check whether the power plug is pulled out or not.
Confirm if the plug has a bad connection.
Automatic timer sets for 15 minutes, time has passed.
If the overheating protection device starts, please turn off
the main power supply, and wait for the massage cooling.
If the problem persists, please do not continue to use and
contact the company repair service centre.
