3.2 VORSICHT
Der Apparat ist zum Backen von Pizzen bestimmt.Der
Standort, an dem er zu verwenden ist, muss geschlossen
( oder bedeckt), vor den Wetterunbilden geschützt und
genügend belüftet werden. Diese Bedingungen beziehen
sich auf die Benutzung des Geräts. Die Bestimmung über
eine begrenzte Anwesenheit vom Personal ist Aufgabe
des Entwerfers von der/den Arbeitsstelle/n und kann
restriktivere Begrenzungen einschließen.
Der Ofen ist für einen professionellen Gebrauch bestimmt,
und einem ausgebildeten Personal anvertraut werden, der
über den Inhalt dieses Hanbuchs informiert ist und der
imstande ist, die Tätigkeit auszuführen.
3.3 UNZULÄSSIGE VERWENDUNGEN
Der Apparat darf ausdrücklich nur für die in den vorher-
gehenden Abschnitten angegebenen Zwecken verwendet
werden.
Besonders ist die Benutzung des Apparats auf den folgen-
den Weisen verboten :
• ohne einen oder mehr unversehrte und funktionierende Schütze.
• Wenn er nicht nach den im Handbuch angegebenen
Anweisungen Installiert worden ist
• Benutzung der Flächen vom Apparat als betretene Zonen
oder als Fangtisch für andere Körper .
3.4 IDENTIFIZIERUNGSDATEN
Die Identizierungsdaten sind auf dem dafür vorgesehenen
Identizierungsschild eingetragen, das so positioniert ist,
wie im Bild des Kapitels TECHNISCHE DATEN UND MAßE
angegeben ist.
3.2 CAUTIONS
The equipment is suitable for baking pizzas. The place
where the oven will be located must be closed (or covered)
and sheltered from the bad weather and adequately ven-
tiled. These conditions concern the use of the equipment.
The settlement of the limits for the personnel presence
is dened by the designer of the working place and can
involve more restrictive limitations.
The oven is for professional use and must be entitled to
trained personnel, well-informed of the contents of this
manual and suitable to do the job.
3.3 NOT ALLOWED USES
The equipment must be used for the purposes mentioned
in the previous sections.
In particular it’s forbidden to use it as follows:
• Without one or more of the operating and intact
protections
• If it’s not properly set up according to the instructions
mentioned in the present manual
• Using the equipment surfaces as trampling areas or
supporting planes for other things.
3.4 IDENTIFICATION DATA
The identication data are quoted in the proper identication
plate positioned as indicated in the TECHNICAL DATA AND
DIMENSIONS chapter.
