INTRODUCTION
This unique accessory allow to add a base made of three foldable high-
strenght steel legs to the Manfrotto Monopods 679, 680, 681.
SET UP
Remove cap “A” from monopods.
MOUNTING THE BASE &
The base can be mounted on monopods models 679, 680 and 681
Monopods 679 and 680
Insert the legs of the base (fig. 2) inside the bottom section of the monopod
then, with a small screwdriver, fix the housing “B” (fig. 3) tighten the three set
screws “C”.
Monopods 681
Unscrew the set screws “C” (fig. 4) then pull out the spacer “D” from the
housing “B”. Then follow the operation described above for models 679 and
680 (fig. 2 and 3).
USE &
Unscrew the cover "E" at the housing “B” (fig. 5) and withdraw the legs "G".
Open the legs "G" so as they fit into the seats "H" (fig. 6) then rescrew the cover
"E" on to the housing "B".
After use, the legs can be folded and stored inside the bottom section of the
monopod in a few seconds.

La base può essere montata sui monopiedi 679, 680 e 681.
Monopiedi 679 e 680
Inserire le gambe della base (fig. 2) nella sezione inferiore del monopiede
quindi, con un piccolo cacciavite, fissare il piedino “B” (fig. 3) avvitando i tre
grani “C”.
Monopiedi 681
Svitare i tre grani “C” (fig. 4) e rimuovere la boccola “D” dal piedino “B”:
seguire quindi le operazioni descritte per i monopiedi 679 e 680 (fig. 2 e 3).
USO E
Svitare il coperchio “E” del piedino “B” (fig. 5) ed estrarre le gambe “G”.
Portare in appoggio le gambe “G” nelle sedi “H” (fig. 6) ed riavvitare il
coperchio “E” nel piedino “B”.
Dopo l’uso, le gambe possono essere rapidamente rimosse e inserite nella
sezione inferiore del monopiede.

Remove the rubber foot "A" from the monopods.

Base Attachment

The base attaches to monopods models 679, 680 and 681.

Monopods 679 and 680 Attachment

Insert base legs into the bottom section of the monopod and secure the housing "B" with set screws "C".

Monopod 681 Attachment

Loosen set screws "C", remove spacer "D", then follow procedure for models 679 and 680.

Base Usage

Unscrew cover "E", extend legs "G", open legs into slots "H", and reattach cover "E".
