Canon 6D
- If [Wi-Fi] is set to [Enable], the camera cannot be remotely controlled via USB;
Please refer to the camera user manual to set [Wi-Fi] to [Disable]
Canon 70D
- If [Wi-Fi] is set to [Enable], the camera cannot be remotely controlled via USB;
Please refer to the camera user manual to set [Wi-Fi] to [Disable]
- If any of the advanced AF servo functions, i.e. [Continuous AF] or [Movie Servo AF], are set to [Enable], it could
interfere with the remote focus control, resulting in unexpected behaviour;
The recommended setting for use with the Manfrotto remote control, is
o [AF Method] set to [FlexiZoneAF-Single]
o [Continuous AF] and [Movie Servo AF] set to [Disable]
Please refer to the camera user manual to configure these options.
- NOTE: depending upon the interaction between the remote, the camera and the lens, the three focusing speeds may
not appear progressive (e.g. second speed slower than first one) for some lens models
Canon 1Dx
- While in video mode, to allow proper operation of the remote REC start/stop functionality, the Live View mode of the
camera, i.e. [LV set.], must be set to [Movies];
