B  Maintenance.
- The maintenance and the keeping in com-
pliance of the lift truck are compulsory.
- Carry out daily maintenance (See chapter
: A - DAILY OR EVERY 10 HOURS SERVICE
in paragraph : 3 - MAINTENANCE).
- Do not run the I.C. engine without air fil-
ter, or with oil, water or fuel leaks.
Wait for the I. C engine to cool before remo-
ving the radiator cap.
- Change the filter cartridges (See ser-
vicing schedules in chapter : FILTERS
CARTRIDGES AND BELTS in paragraph :
3 - MAINTENANCE).
C - Levels.
- Use the recommended lubricants (Never
use contaminated lubricants).
- Do not fill the fuel tank when the I.C.
engine is running.
- Only fill up the fuel tank in areas
specified for this purpose.
D - Washing.
- Clean the lift truck or at least the area
concerned before any intervention.
- Remember to close the door and the rear
window of the cab.
- During washing, avoid the articulations
and electrical components and
connections.
If necessary, protect against penetration of
water, steam or cleaning agents, compo-
nents susceptible of being damaged, parti-
cularly electrical components and connecti-
ons and the injection pump.
- Clean the lift truck of any fuel, oil or gre-
ase trace.
For any intervention other than regular
maintenance, consult your dealer.
B - Manutenzione.
- La manutenzione e il mantenimento dello
stato di conformità del carrello elevatore
sono obbligatori.
- Effettuare la manutenzione giornaliera
(Vedi capitolo : A - OGNI GIORNO O OGNI
10 ORE DI FUNZIONAMENTO nella parte :
3 - MANUTENZIONE).
- Non far funzionare il motore termico
senza il filtro dell’aria o con perdite d’olio,
d’acqua o di combustibile.
Aspettare il raffreddamento del motore
termico prima di rimuovere il tappo del
radiatore.
- Sostituire le cartucce dei filtri (Vedi
periodicità di sostituzione nel capitolo
ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE nella
parte : 3 - MANUTENZIONE).
C - Livelli.
- Utilizzare i lubrificanti raccomandati (Non
utilizzare mai lubrificanti usati).
- Non riempire il serbatoio del combustibile
quando il motore termico è in funzione.
- Effettuare il pieno di combustibile solo
negli appositi spazi previsti a tale scopo.
D - Lavaggio.
- Pulire il carrello elevatore, o al meno la
parte interessata, prima di ogni interven-
to.
- Non dimenticare di chiudere la porta e il
lunotto posteriore della cabina.
- Durante il lavaggio, evitare di bagnare le
articolazioni, i componenti e collegamenti
elettrici.
Se necessario proteggere dall’acqua, dal
vapore o dai prodotti detergenti, i compo-
nenti che rischiano di venire danneggiati,
in particolare i componenti e i collegamenti
elettrici e la pompa
d’iniezione.
- Pulire il carrello elevatore da ogni traccia
di combustibile, d’olio o di grasso.
Per ogni intervento che non rientri nella
manutenzione ordinaria, rivolgetevi al
vostro agente o concessionario.
B - Onderhoud.
- Het onderhoud en het behoud van de
staat van conformiteit van de heftruck
zijn verplicht.
- Het dagelijkse onderhoud uitvoeren (Zie
hoofdstuk: A - DAGELIJKS OF OM DE 10
WERKUREN in deel: 3 - ONDERHOUD).
- De verbrandingsmotor niet laten draaien
zonder luchtfilter of als er olie, water of
brandstof lekt.
Wachten tot de verbrandingsmotor afge-
koeld is alvorens de dop van de radiateur te
verwijderen.
- Vervang de filterpatronen (Zie de
regelmaat waarmee ze vervangen
dienen te worden in het hoofdstuk
FILTERELEMENTEN EN RIEMEN in deel: 3 -
ONDERHOUD).
C - Niveaus.
- Gebruik de aanbevolen smeermiddelen
(gebruik nooit gebruikte smeermiddelen).
- De brandstoftank niet vullen als de ver-
brandingsmotor draait.
- De tank alleen voltanken met brandstof
op de hiervoor voorziene speciale plaat-
sen.
D - Wassen.
- De heftruck of op zijn minst de betreffen-
de zone wassen voor iedere ingreep.
- Vergeet niet het portier en de achterruit
van de cabine te sluiten.
- Tijdens het wassen, de geledingen, de
elektrische componenten en aansluitin-
gen vermijden.
Indien nodig de componenten die bescha-
digd zouden kunnen worden en met name
de elektrische componenten en aansluitin-
gen en de inspuitpomp beschermen tegen
het binnendringen van water, stoom of
reinigingsproducten.
- Ervoor zorgen dat er geen sporen van
brandstof, olie of vet op de heftruck ach-
terblijven.
Voor andere dan routine onderhouds-
werkzaamheden, uw agent of dealer
raadplegen.
