C5 - Swing reduction unit oil control
Raise the jib and place the jib safety wedge
on the rod of the lifting cylinder (see: 1 -
OPERATING AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: LIFT
TRUCK MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS).
Check the rotation gear oil Position the
truck with the turret aligned, on a flat
surface, retract and raise the telescopic
boom completely, for better access to the
rotation gear filler points (C5); stop the I.C.
engine and wait for the hydraulic oil to cool
down.
Check the gear oil level 1 (C5). If necessary,
top up with hydraulic oil (see “LUBRICANTL”
chart) through the filler plug 2 (C5). The oil
level is correct when it flows out through
the filler hole.
Refit the topping up plug.
C5 - Controllare olio riduttore rotazione
Sollevare il braccio e collocare il cuneo
di sicurezza sullo stelo del martinetto di
sollevamento (vedere: 1 - ISTRUZIONI E NORME
DI SICUREZZA: ISTRUZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE
DEL CARRELLO ELEVATORE).
Posizionare il carrello, con torretta allineata,
su di una superficie piana, rientrare
e sollevare completamente il braccio
telescopico, per accedere meglio ai punti
di riempimento del riduttore rotazione (C5);
fermare il motore termico e attendere che si
raffreddi l’olio idraulico.
Controllare il livello olio riduttore 1 (C5).
Se necessita rabboccare con olio idraulico
((vedere “LUBRIFICANTI”) dal tappo di carico
2 (C5).
Il livello dell’olio è corretto quando affiora
dal foro di carico.
Infine riavvitare il tappo di rabbocco.

C5 - Rotationsgetriebeöl kontrollieren
Den Ausleger hochheben und den
Sicherheitskeil an der Stange des Hubzylinders
anbringen (vgl.: 1 - SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
UND -VORSCHRIFTEN: WARTUNGSHINWEISE
FÜR DEN TELESKOPLADER).
Den Lader mit ausgerichtetem Oberwagen
auf einer ebenen Fläche abstellen, wieder
einsteigen und den Ausleger einfahren und
ganz heben, um besseren Zugriff zu den
Einfüllstellen des Drehgetriebes zu erhalten
(C5); den Verbrennungsmotor abstellen
und abwarten, dass das Hydrauliköl abkühlt.
Den Stand des Getriebeöls prüfen 1 (C5).
Falls erforderlich, mit Hydrauliköl (vgl.
“SCHMIERMITTEL”) durch den Einfüllstopfen
einfüllen 2 (C5).
Der Ölstand ist richtig, wenn das Öl bis zum
Einfüllloch steht.
Danach den Einfüllstopfen wieder
anschrauben.
