F4 - Swing reduction oil change
Raise the jib and place the jib safety wedge
on the rod of the lifting cylinder (see: 1 -
OPERATING AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
LIFT TRUCK MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS).
Swing reduction unit oil change
Position the lift truck, with turret aligned, on
a level surface, retract and raise telescopic
boom completely, and then turn the turret
to the right by +/- 60°, for better access to
the rotation reduction gear filling points
(Fig.F4).
Stop the I.C. engine and wait for the
hydraulic oil to cool down.
To change the oil in the top part, place a
suitable vessel under the main drain plug
1 (fig.F4), loosen this latter and allow the
old oil to drain out. Fit the drain plug 1 (fig.
F4) back on and tighten it. Pour in new oil
through hole 2 (fig.F4) (see “Lubricants”).
The level is correct when the oil spills from
hole 3 (fig.F4).

Sollevare il braccio e collocare il cuneo
di sicurezza sullo stelo del martinetto di
sollevamento (vedere: 1 - ISTRUZIONI
E NORME DI SICUREZZA: ISTRUZIONI
DI MANUTENZIONE DEL CARRELLO
ELEVATORE).
Sostituire l’olio del riduttore rotazione
Posizionare il carrello, con torretta allineata,
su di una superficie piana, rientrare
e sollevare completamente il braccio
telescopico e poi ruotare la torretta a destra
di +/- 60°, per accedere meglio ai punti di
riempimento del riduttore rotazione (fig.
E9); fermare il motore termico e attendere
che si raffreddi l’olio idraulico.
Per la sostituzione dell’olio porre un
recipiente sotto il tappo di scarico principale
1 (fig.F4), allentarlo e lasciare defluire l’olio.
Rimettere e stringere il tappo di scarico 1
(fig.F4). Eseguire il riempimento attraverso il
foro 2 (fig.F4) (vedi “Lubrificanti”).
Controllare il livello tramite l’indicatore
ottico 3 (fig.F4).

Den Ausleger hochheben und den
Sicherheitskeil an der Stange des
Hubzylinders anbringen (vgl.:
1 - SICHERHEITSHINWEISE UND
-VORSCHRIFTEN: WARTUNGSHINWEISE
FÜR DEN TELESKOPLADER).
Öl des Untersetzungsgetriebes der
Rotation wechseln
Den Stapler mit ausgerichtetem Turm auf
einer ebenen Fläche positionieren, den
Teleskoparm einziehen und komplett
anheben und dann den Turm um +/- 60°
nach rechts drehen, um die Füllpunkte des
Untersetzungsgetriebes für die Rotation
(Abb.E9) besser erreichen zu können;
den Motor abstellen und warten, bis das
Hydrauliköl abgekühlt ist.
Für den Ölwechsel einen geeigneten
Behälter unter die Ablassschraube 1
(Abb. F4) stellen, diese lockern und das Öl
ablassen. Den Ablassstopfen 1 (Abb. F4)
wieder einsetzen und festziehen. Durch die
Öffnung 2 (Abb. F4) wieder befüllen (vgl.
"Schmiermittel“).
Den Füllstand über den optischen Anzeiger
3 (Abb. F4) überprüfen.
