Smaltimento del “DEF”:
- Una piccola quantità di “DEF” versata acci-
dentalmente non è problematica. Il prodotto
è facilmente biodegradabile e si può disper-
dere senza problemi nella rete fognaria uti-
lizzando molta acqua.
- Per lo smaltimento di maggiori quantità
di “DEF” attenersi sempre ai requisiti della
legge sulla protezione dell’ambiente e il rici-
clo/l’eliminazione dei rifiuti.
- Le confezioni contenenti residui di “DEF”
devono venire sottoposte ad un trattamento
analogo come per il “DEF”. Svuotare inte-
gralmente le confezioni del loro contenuto;
in questo modo dopo essere state pulite le
confezioni potranno essere riutilizzate.
- Controllare l’indicatore sul quadro stru-
menti.
- Se necessario aggiungere fluido
“DEF” (vedere: 3 - MANUTENZIONE:
LUBRIFICANTI E CARBURANTE).
- Aprire lo sportellino d’accesso al bocchet-
tone di riempimento del fluido “DEF”.
- Togliere il tappo “1”(fig.A6) del bocchetto-
ne di riempimento.
- Rabboccare il serbatoio con fluido “DEF”
incontaminato e fresco, attraverso il boc-
chetone di riempimento “2” (fig.A6).
- Rimettere il tappo “1”(fig.A6).
- Mediante un controllo visivo accertarsi
che non vi siano perdite sul serbatoio e
le tubazioni.
Environmental note
Disposing of “DEF”:
- Due to its easy degradability, small amounts
of spilt “DEF” can be washed into the sewage
system without any problems.
- Larger amounts of “DEF” must be disposed of
correctly, observing the regulations on waste
treatment/disposal.
- Packaging that is contaminated with “DEF”
residue must be treated in the same way as
“DEF”. Packaging should be emptied as tho-
roughly as possible, cleaned appropriately
and then recycled.
- Check the indicator on the instruments
panel.
- If necessary, add “DEF” (see: 3 -
MAINTENANCE: LUBRICANTS AND FUEL).
- Open the door to access the tank for
refuelling.
- Remove cap “1” (Fig.A6) using a contact
wrench.
- Fill the tank with clean filtered “DEF” throu-
gh filler hole “2” (Fig. A6).
- Refit the cap.
- Inspect the tank and pipes for leaks.

Eliminación del “DEF”:
- Una pequeña cantidad de “DEF” derramado
accidentalmente no constituye un proble-
ma. El producto es fácilmente biodegra-
dable y se puede dispersar sin problemas
en el alcantarillado utilizando mucha agua.
- Para la eliminación de mayores cantidades
de “DEF” atenerse siempre a los requisitos de
la ley sobre la protección del medio ambien-
te y el reciclado/eliminación de residuos.
- Las cajas que contienen residuos de “DEF”
deben someterse a un tratamiento análogo
como para el “DEF”. Vaciar integralmente
las cajas de su contenido; así podrán ser
reutilizadas después de su limpieza.
- Controlar el indicador en el salpicadero.
- Si es preciso, añadir “DEF” (véase: 3 -
MANTENIMIENTO: LUBRICANTES Y
CARBURANTE).
- Abrir la trampilla de acceso de llenado de
carburante.
- Quitar el tapón “1” (fig.A6) con ayuda de la
llave de contacto.
- Llenar el depósito con “DEF” limpio y fil-
trado por el orificio de llenado “2” (fig.A6).
- Volver a colocar el tapón.
- Comprobar visualmente que no hay fugas
en el depósito y en la tubería.
