In aggiunta alle prescrizioni
precedenti, per il cestello
ORH COUVREUR è :
- obbligatorio l’utilizzo di cinture di
sicurezza con una fune di anco-
raggio di lunghezza inferiore a 1,7
m.
- vietato il movimento del cestello
con le porte aperte e le piattafor-
me laterali ruotate.
- importante, vista la particolare
configurazione del cestello, è
facoltà del Datore di Lavoro avva-
lersi della Direttiva 2001/45/CE
(recepita in Italia con D.L.
n°235/03) relativa ai lavori
temporanei in quota e della
Direttiva 95/63/CE (recepita in
Italia con D.L.359/99) il cui articolo
4 consente che in casi eccezionali
possano essere utilizzate per il sol-
levamento di persone
attrezzature non previste a tal fine
a condizione che siano state prese
adeguate misure in materia di sicu-
rezza, per utilizzare la piattafor-
ma anche oltre i limiti imposti
dall'EN280.
A tal fine il Datore di Lavoro deve
preventivamente, valutandone i
rischi e ove necessario addestran-
do il personale specifico, integrare
il Piano di Sicurezza del Cantiere
da presentare alle autorità compe-
tenti, tenendo presente che la
macchina per la particolare desti-
nazione d'uso, non svolge la sola
funzione di Ponte Mobile
Sviluppabile e che quindi per que-
ste funzioni eccedenti non è coper-
ta dalla dichiarazione di risponden-
za all'EN280 emessa dal costruttore.

In addition to the above
specifications, for the
ORH COUVREUR basket:
- it is compulsory to use a safety
belt with an anchoring rope less
than 1.7 m long.
- it is forbidden to move the basket
with the door open and the side
platforms turned around.
- important: in view of the special
structure of the basket, the
Employer is obliged to abide by
the Directive 2001/45/CE (imple-
mented in Italy by L.D. No.
235/03) relative to temporary jobs
carried out at heights and
Directive 95/63/CE (implemented
in Italy by L.D. 359/99) wherein,
according to article 4 the equip-
ment can be used in exceptional
cases for lifting persons and
equipment for which there is no
provision on condition that suitable
measures are adopted for safety,
for using the platform also
beyond the limits specified by
EN280.
For this reason, the Employer
must first of all evacuate the risks
and train special personnel, if
required, to integrate the Work site
Safety Plan to be presented to the
competent authorities, bearing in
mind that because of the special
use for which it is meant, the
machine does not just serve as an
Extensible Mobile Platform and is
therefore not covered for these
extra functions by the declaration
of compliance of standard EN280
issued by the manufacturer.

Zusätzlich zu den obigen Bestimmungen
sind für die Arbeitsbühne ORH COU-
VREUR folgende Punkte zu
beachten:
- Die Benutzung von Sicherheitsgurten
ist vorgeschrieben, aber mit einem
Verankerungsseil, das kürzer als 1,7 m
ist.
- Das Bewegen der Arbeitsbühne mit
offenen Türen und seitlich gedrehten
Plattformen ist verboten.
- Angesichts
der besonderen Form der
Arbeitsbühne ist das Vermögen des
Arbeitgebers wichtig, sich der Richtlinie
2001/45/EG (in Italien mit
Gesetzesdekret Nr. 235/03 umgesetzt)
hinsichtlich zeitweiliger Arbeiten an
hoch gelegenen Arbeitsplätzen und der
Richtlinie 95/63/EG (in Italien mit dem
Gesetzesdekret Nr. 359/99 umgesetzt)
zu bedienen, deren Artikel 4 gestattet,
dass in Ausnahmefällen zum Heben
von Personen auch Einrichtungen
benutzt werden können, die nicht zu
diesem Zweck bestimmt sind, vorau-
sgesetzt es sind angemessene
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen in Sachen
Sicherheit getroffen worden, um die
Plattform auch außerhalb der von
der Norm EN 280 vorgegebenen
Erklärung benutzen zu können.
Zu diesem Zweck muss der
Arbeitgeber den Sicherheitsplan der
Baustelle, der den zuständigen
Behörden vorzulegen ist, vorher unter
Beurteilung der Risiken und wo erfor-
derlich, unter Schulung des spezifi-
schen Personals, integrieren, wobei zu
berücksichtigen ist, dass die Maschine
wegen ihrer besonderen
Gebrauchsbestimmung nicht nur die
Funktion einer ausfahrbaren bewegli-
chen Brücke ausübt und dass sie
daher für diese darüber hinausgehen-
den Funktionen nicht von der
Hafterklärung nach EN 280 gedeckt ist,
die vom Hersteller herausgegeben ist.
