Temperature of the compressor discharge line and liquid
line to the ice machine receiver feel the same 30 seconds
into the harvest cycle.
• The head pressure control valve is functioning
correctly.
The compressor discharge line is noticeably warmer than
the liquid line to the ice machine receiver.
• Head pressure control valve is not bypassing 100%.
Replace head pressure control valve.
