General Safety.

When using el ectri cal ap pliances, basic precau tion s should al ways be

followed to r educe the ris k of

Fire, ele ctric shock and inju ry to pers ons, in cluding the foll owing:

 Ensure you read all of the instructions before using.

 Ensure the power supply to the soc ket into which th e Blender is

plugged, is in accordance with the

Ra ting Pla te Label, on the Blender.

 Unplug from the power su pply when not in use, bef ore putting on

or taking off parts and b efore cleaning or

removing c onten ts from the blending jar. Never put hands into

the blender jar or handle the blades with the

applian ce plugged in.

 THE EXPOSE D BLADES ARE SHARP , HANDL E CAREFULLY

 Do not let the power cord hang over edge of that tab le or c ounter

or touch an y hot surfac e.

 Place the appliance on th e flat stable surface. Do n ot place on a

heated surfac e or near a h ot gas or ele ctric

burner or in a heated oven.

 To protect against el ectri c shock, do not immerse power cord,

plug, or Blender in wa ter or any other liquid.

 Do n ot oper ate any applia nce with a damaged c ord or plug or if

the appliance malfuncti ons . If any part of the

Bl ender/p ower c ord is damag e it mus t be replaced b y a

recognised ser vice agent or other qualified pers on.
