PROBLEM REASON SOLUTION

problems, please do not return the cooker to the store. Use the Trouble Shooting guidelines given below: If you

1 There is no heat being
generated.
a. The cooker body is not placed
properly on the electric unit. The
“POWER ON” LED will not light
up.
b. The appliance is not energized/
the START button is not pressed.
c. Auto Cut Off has operated due
to dry heating, signalled by the
LED showing “ ” indication.
a. Make sure the pot is
placed right on the
electric unit, by
shaking it in the base
till the “POWER ON”
LED lights up
b. Press the “START” button after
the required cooking time is set.
c. Disconnect the power cord from
the wall outlet, open the cooker,
allow to cool. Remove the food. If
the body has burnt food residue
stuck, clean the body well. Add
adequate water and restart.
