PROBLEM REASON SOLUTION
6. Under cooked food.
7. Cooker cannot be
opened after cooking.
a. Cooking time set is too short.
b. The 2-way safety button is not
closed.
c. Premature use of Quick Release
System to release the pressure.
a. There is pressure inside the
cooker and the VPI is still in the
risen position to indicate pressure.
a. Always check the cooking time
and if still found under cooked
extend the cooking time to the
desired time depending on the
hardness of the food stuff.
b. Make sure that the
2-way safety button is
aligned to “Close”
position.
c. On continued use, you will be
able to assess the required cooking
time for using the QRS feature.
a. Use the Quick Release System
and release the pressure
completely. Make sure that the
2-way safety button is aligned to
“Open” position and the VPI has
dropped.
