What to do if there's no data output on the Maretron Gateway USB interface?

If you are experiencing no data output on the Maretron Gateway USB interface, check the connections to the NMEA 2000 and USB connectors and tighten them if necessary. Also, ensure that power is supplied to the connected NMEA 2000 cable. Verify that the correct serial port is selected by the software expecting NMEA 0183 format data. Open the Device Manager and confirm that the selected port is labeled “Maretron NMEA 2000 USB Gateway” rather than “Standard COM port.”
