3.2 Connecting the Transformer 60 VA
On the rear of the Transformer 60 VA is a special socket to which only the enclosed
special connector can be attached. This special connector is already connected to a
power cable for Märklin Systems.
Caution: The following procedures for connections or changes in connections may
only be done, when the power cords for all transformers on a layout are unplugged
from the wall outlets!
3.2.1 Transformer 60 VA to Mobile Station
Attach the special plug with the power cable for the Mobile Station to the socket on
the Transformer 60 VA. Insert the connector plug for the track power unit into the
socket assigned to this unit on the Mobile Station’s track connection. Plug the Mobile
Station hand controller into the left master input on the track connector (See Figure
6). Now, plug the power cord into the wall outlet to start operations.
