2. Use the supplied RCA cable to connect the TV or projector to
the output marked "Video L - Audio - R". If desired, use the
SCART adapter and set its built-in selector switch to “IN”
(input).
3. Set the built-in selector switch to the desired video system,
PAL or NTSC.

5. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
No (or poor) image and sound
If you experience a poor picture or no picture after connecting the
HDMI converter, please try to identify the problem by connecting
the HDMI source directly to a screen (TV or projector). This allows
you to determine whether the problem is with the HDMI sources,
the HDMI cable, the HDMI converter or the screen.
x If the connected HDMI device does not provide 5V power via
the HDMI cable, you need to power the HDMI converter via
the USB cable. Use the supplied USB power cable and plug
it into any available USB port on your other devices, or use a
standard USB power adapter.
x For the best picture and sound quality, only use High Speed
HDMI® certified cables.
x Do not use HDMI cables longer than those specified in the
technical data.
x Check the HDMI and RCA cables and/or connectors for
damage.
