Follow manufacturer recommendations for thorough mixing and appropriate thinning for best spray application and texture.
Adjustable circular orifice plate offers seven sizes for fine to coarse patterns. Select size by rotating plate after loosening knob.
Requires 7 CFM at 25 psi. Adjusted by ball valve. Reduced flow yields coarser texture, increased flow yields finer texture.
Controls material flow amount. Adjust knob (12) for consistent needle retraction and texture. Use trigger lock for fatigue reduction.
Select second smallest opening (#6), set trigger for 1/4" nozzle distance, use at least 30 psi air pressure.
Use middle opening (#4), set trigger fully open, use at least 20 psi air pressure.
Use one of the largest openings (#1, 2, or 3) depending on aggregate size. Trigger fully open, 20-25 psi air pressure.
