Function Description

The multicooker offers 30 automatic cooking programs (14 automatic programs and 16 manual settings) allowing users to prepare a diverse array of dishes, including meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, cereals, soups, desserts, and more. Key functions include:

  • Pressure Cooking: This mode significantly reduces cooking time for dishes like soups, porridge, stews, pilaf, galantine, and various cereals, ensuring efficient and quick meal preparation.
  • Non-Pressure Cooking: Programs like frying, baking, jam making, yogurt/dough proving, and general multicooking are available without pressure, offering flexibility for different recipes.
  • "Chef" Program: This program allows users to manually set cooking time and temperature, providing complete control over the cooking process.
  • "Multicook" Program: Similar to the "Chef" program, this function enables manual adjustments of time and temperature, catering to specific recipe requirements.
  • Keep Warm (Temperature Maintaining for Cooked Meal): Automatically activates after most cooking programs, keeping food warm for up to 24 hours. This function is unavailable for "Fry" and "Yogurt/Dough" programs.
  • Warm Up: Allows users to warm up cooked meals.
  • Start Delay: Enables users to delay the start of cooking for up to 24 hours with 5-minute intervals, perfect for meal planning.
  • Preheat: The multicooker can be used to preheat food, ensuring it is ready to serve at the desired temperature.

    • MARTA MT-4312: Features an inner pot with three-coat polymer-ceramic coating GREBLON® C3+, providing enhanced non-stick effect and durability.
  • Safety Features:
    • The multicooker lid is designed for maximum safe pressure.
    • A lid lock system ensures the lid cannot be opened if there is pressure inside.
    • An overpressure relief mechanism starts working if internal pressure exceeds required limits.
    • A temperature sensor monitors internal temperature, and the appliance automatically switches off if overheated.
    • The device is equipped with a steam relief valve to release excess pressure.

Usage Features

  • Volume Scale: The inner pot has a volume scale, with markings for 1/5, 2/5, 3/5, 4/5, and FULL (full pot). For most products (vegetables or cereals), the maximum level should be 3/5.
  • Liquid Volume: Never cook without water or any liquid in pressure cooker mode. The minimum liquid volume should be at least 100 ml.
  • Lid Operation: The lid can be opened or closed by turning the handle and aligning it with the open/closed symbols. The steam relief valve must be in the "open" position before opening the lid after pressure cooking.
  • Program Selection: Programs are selected using the control panel buttons. Time and temperature can be adjusted for many programs.
  • Display: The display shows the cooking time countdown and indicators for various functions.
  • Recipe Book: The multicooker comes with a recipe book containing 200 well-known, unusual, and typical recipes for different cuisines.
  • Additional Features:
    • Pasteurization: Allows for pasteurization of liquids like milk or juices to extend shelf life.
    • Sterilization: Enables sterilization of jars and small objects, useful for preserving food.
    • Baby Meal Warm Up: A dedicated function for warming up baby food.
