Usage Features:
Inserting Batteries in the Remote Control:
- Open the battery cover.
- Place 2 AAA batteries in the battery compartment.
- Close the battery cover.
Using the Electrode Silicone Area for Feet:
Before use, ensure the MODE intensity level, SOLE intensity level, and time are displayed on the LCD screen.
- The mode can be changed while the product is in use, but the intensity will be reset when the mode is changed.
- Adjust the intensity gradually from a lower to a higher setting.
- Place your feet on the electrode silicone area for feet.
- Press the on/off button for 3 seconds to switch on the product.
- Press MODE + and MODE - to select different modes (refer to the "Using the Available Modes" section for a complete list).
- Press SOLE + to increase the intensity; press SOLE - to decrease it.
- Press the on/off button for 3 seconds to switch off the product or terminate the massage early.

Placing the Electrode Pads:
- Place electrode pads on the shoulder and/or back for muscle aches (refer to Image 4 for examples).
- Place electrode pads on the waist for muscle aches (refer to Image 5 for examples).
- Place electrode pads on the arm for numbness or muscle aches (refer to Image 6 for examples).
- Place electrode pads on the leg for muscle aches (refer to Image 7 for examples).
Using the Electrode Pads:
- Do not stick two electrode pads to each other.
- Keep electrode pads away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.
- Do not touch electrode pads with your fingers.
- Do not clean electrode pads with hot water or aggressive chemical cleaning agents.
- Keep electrode pads clean.
- Protect electrode pads by reattaching the protective membrane after use.
- Replace electrode pads if they have not been used for a year.
- Connect the electrode wire to the electrode pads.
- Connect the electrode wire to the electric muscle stimulator.
- Remove the protective membrane from the electrode pads.
- Attach the electrode pads steadily to the skin (refer to "Placement of the Electrode Pads" for examples).
- Press the on/off button for 3 seconds to switch on the product.
- Adjust the mode and intensity as desired.

Maintenance Features:
- Products must be disconnected from their power supply during cleaning or maintenance.
- Clean the product after each use.
- Wipe the machine with a wet cloth or neutral cleanser.
- Wipe the electrode pads with a wet cloth if they are insufficiently adhesive or dirty; if this does not help, replace them.
- Do not use aggressive chemical cleaning agents such as ammonia, acid, or acetone when cleaning the product.
Storage:
- Store the product away from magnetic fields.
- Store the product out of reach from children.
- Store the product away from moisture, high temperatures, direct sunlight, and sprinkling water.
- Remove the batteries from the controller when the product is not used for a long time.
Troubleshooting:
- No stimulation:
- Wire disconnected: Connect the wire.
- Protective membrane not removed from pads: Remove the protective membrane.
- Weak stimulation:
- Pads not stuck tightly: Stick the pads tightly.
- Pads stuck overlapped: Detach and stick the pads again.
- Pads dirty: Clean the pads.
- Intensity weak: Increase the intensity.
- Pads placed wrong: Detach and stick the pads again.
- Skin becomes red and stings:
- Therapy duration too long: Decrease the therapy time.
- Pads too dry: Clean the pads with a wet cloth.
- Pads not stuck tightly: Stick the pads tightly.
- Pads dirty: Clean the pads.
- Pads damaged: Change the pads.
- Power cuts off during therapy:
- Pads fell off skin: Turn off power and stick the pads again.
- Wire of pads cut power off: Turn off power and connect the pads again.
- Battery empty: Change the battery.
- Therapy time over: Power will turn off automatically after 15 minutes.
