Always
remove
ridge
and
carbon
buiid-up
before
attempting
to renrove the
piston
and
ring
assernbly
from the
cylinder.
2.
The
cylinder must be deglazed when
re-
placing
the
piston
and
rings.
(fnis
must
be
done to
allow
the
rings
to
seat.
)
Grind valve
seats to
460
and valves
to
45o.
Lap
valves after
grinding
for better
sealing.

Valve
guides
may
be
oversized
7/32" if worn.
