- Disconnect all the connected peripheral equipments (sources, pre-amplifiers,
and loudspeakers). Leave the amplifier “alone” and verify if the anomaly
disappears or if it remains in only one channel or both.
- Temperature: Cooling (possible air obstruction. Check if the fans work and
make an internal cleaning).
- Short circuit: Check the state of the loudspeaker line (possible short circuit,
disconnect and check if the anomaly disappears).
- DC at the output: Possible serious breakdown. Contact an authorized
technical service.
In all cases it is recommended to go through all previous checkpoints before
contacting the authorized technical service and reporting the observed problem.
