Carafe use, cleaning, and handling. Avoid cracked carafes and hot surfaces to prevent damage or injury.
Beware of steam, hot parts. Do not touch hot surfaces. Never leave empty carafe on warming plate.
Ensure grounding. Not intended for unsupervised use by persons with reduced capabilities.
Identification of parts: Top cover, water tank, anti-drip valve, carafe, main housing, switch, bottom cover.
Check accessories, brew water without coffee to clean, then discard water. Clean detachable parts.
Fill water tank, add ground coffee, place carafe, plug in, and press ON/OFF to start brewing.
Interrupt brewing anytime. Carafe can be removed to serve; appliance stops dripping automatically.
Coffee is hot. Do not touch cover or warming plate. Keep coffee warm on plate, unplug when not in use.
Clean detachable parts with soap and water. Wipe exterior with damp cloth. Dry funnel area.
Gently wipe the warming plate with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners.
Fill tank with water/descaler (4:1 ratio). Brew, let sit, repeat. Rinse by brewing with tap water.
