  If your Master Frost Ice Maker is not producing ice or the ice is melting, check the sliding conveyor to ensure it's correctly positioned, allowing ice to fall into the storage. Slightly lift the sliding conveyor to the upper step of the water storage. Also, inspect the drain to ensure water isn't flowing back into the storage, and if it is, elevate the ice maker above the drain. Lastly, check the black pipe located on the left side of the back cover and squeeze it to remove any obstructions.

  To fix unformed or badly shaped ice from your Master Frost Ice Maker, clean the distributor and sprayers. Also, inspect the electro valve or pump filter for any debris. Check the pump and electro valve for proper function.

  If your Master Frost Ice Maker is running for extended periods, try cleaning the condenser with a brush using up and down motions after lifting the front cover of the device. Also, check the working temperature; if it exceeds 42 degrees Celsius, lower the ambient temperature or relocate the ice maker. If the problem persists, it may have lost refrigerant (FREON R404A) and requires professional assistance.
