Install bearing ball in housing, ensuring correct direction and tightness of spigot and counter-nut.
Place second bearing ball and align nut as shown, ensuring spigot and counter-nut are tight.
Position and align the locknut, ensuring the bracket is centered.
Fix the locknut tightly using a wrench, ensuring the bracket is correctly centered.
Attach the wheel to the fork using washer and nut, ensuring proper tightening.
Place bracket in steering column and tighten long screw, ensuring stem is well-tightened and bracket centered.
Attach handlebar using four screws and nuts, tightening nuts in a cross pattern.
Adjust back brake and inflatable tyre pressure after assembly for safe operation.
Follow safety guidelines for assembly, riding, and maintenance, including protective gear and checks.
Avoid hazardous surfaces, excessive speed, and ensure proper control and pedestrian right-of-way.
Not recommended for persons under 6 years or over 80 KGS. Instruct children on safe operation.
