Summary

Installation of the Fork

Part One: Bearing Installation

Install bearing ball in housing, ensuring correct direction and tightness of spigot and counter-nut.

Part Two: Second Bearing and Nut Alignment

Place second bearing ball and align nut as shown, ensuring spigot and counter-nut are tight.

Part Three: Locknut Positioning

Position and align the locknut, ensuring the bracket is centered.

Part Four: Tightening Locknut

Fix the locknut tightly using a wrench, ensuring the bracket is correctly centered.

Instructions of Assembly

Part One: Wheel Assembly

Attach the wheel to the fork using washer and nut, ensuring proper tightening.

Part Two: Steering Column Bracket

Place bracket in steering column and tighten long screw, ensuring stem is well-tightened and bracket centered.

Part Three: Handlebar Attachment

Attach handlebar using four screws and nuts, tightening nuts in a cross pattern.

Part Four: Brake and Tyre Adjustment

Adjust back brake and inflatable tyre pressure after assembly for safe operation.
