A.) Adjust the resistance:
To increase resistance (requiring more
strength to pedal), turn the Emergency
Brake & Resistance Control Knob (pt.49)
to the right.
To decrease resistance (requiring less
strength to pedla), turn the Emergency
Brake & Resistance Control Knob (pt.49)
to the left.
B.) The Emergency Brake Function:
The Emergency Brake & Resistance
Control Knob can be used as the
Emergency Brake. When you want the
flywheel to stop turning, you must firmly
press down the Emergency Brake &
Tension Control Knob (pt.49).
