PROBLEM CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM SOLUTION
The motor stops running Battery is depleted Charge the battery pack
The angle grinder does
not work
The switch is locked in the “ON”
position when attaching the bat-
tery pack.
Turn off the angle grinder first
and re-start the tool.
The tool is running slowly. The grinding wheel is worn out. Replace the grinding wheel on
the tool.
Cleaning
WARNING!
To avoid accidents always remove the battery pack from the cordless angle grinder before
cleaning or performing any maintenance. The tool maybe cleaned most effectively with
compressed dry air. Always wear safety goggles when cleaning tools with compressed air.
Ventilation openings and switch buttons must be kept clean and free of foreign matter. Do not attempt
to clean by inserting pointed objects through openings.
Storage and handling of grinding wheels
When not in use, grinding wheels should be stored carefully in a rack or box to protect them from
chipping or breakage. All grinding wheels must be handled carefully to prevent dropping and bumping.
