Why won't the line advance on my MasterForce Trimmer head?

  If the trimmer head of your MasterForce Trimmer won't advance the line, it could be due to a couple of reasons. The motor shaft or trimmer head might be bound with grass. To fix this, stop the trimmer, remove the battery, and clean the motor shaft and trimmer head. Alternatively, there might not be enough line on the spool. In this case, remove the battery and replace the cutting line.

  If your MasterForce Trimmer stops while cutting, there could be several reasons. First, the motor shaft or trimmer head may be bound with grass. To resolve this, stop the trimmer, remove the battery, and clear any grass from the motor shaft and trimmer head. Second, the motor might be overloaded; in this case, move the trimmer head to cut grass no more than 8 inches in a single pass and then restart the tool. Finally, the battery pack or trimmer itself may be too hot. Release the trigger switch, allow the tool to cool down, and then try starting it again.
