Unpacking
Important.
Danger from missing parts.
Carefully take all the parts out of the box and
placethetoolonaflatworksurface.Check
that the contents are complete.
If there are any parts missing, do not use the
tooluntilallthemissingpartshavebeendeli-
vered and correctly installed. Failure to obser-
ve this warning may give rise to a considerable
risk of injury.
Do not throw the packaging material away
until you have carefully inspected the tool,
ensured that all the parts are fitted correctly
and you have started the new tool without any
problems.
Note:
If any parts are missing or damaged, do not
connect the machine to the power supply and
donotpresstheONswitchuntilallthedama-
gedormissingpartshavebeenreplacedand
installed correctly.

Pay attention to all the signs and symbols
shownintheseinstructionsandonyourtool.
Make a note of these signs and symbols. If you
interpret the signs and symbols correctly, your

7. Working with the drill
Clamp the bit in the chuck (9) securely and
firmly.
To switch the drill on, press the on/off switch
(1) and the machine will start.
To switch it off, release the switch (1) and the
machine will stop.
For continuous operation, press the on/off
s wi t c h (1) a n d t h e l o c k i n g b u t t o n (3 ) o n t h e
handle at the same time.
To switch off continuous operation (3), press
theon/offswitch(1)andthenreleaseitagain.
