3) Upper brake rod assembly
a) Replace brake adjustment knob (if necessary) applying Loctite thread locker 243 on the
thread. Secure the rod into the adjustment knob by tightening the M10 x 1,5P nut.
b) Assemble the upper brake rod kit assembly.
c) Tighten the M6 x 55 x 1.0P Phillips bolt securing the emergency brake handle.
4) Lower brake kit assembly
a) Make sure to assemble lower brake kit assembly as shown in the picture.
b) Tighten the M10 x 0.75P flat nuts by hand to secure the lower brake kit.
c) Adjust the M6 x 20 x 1.0P Allen bolts of the bell crank and brake pad making sure to leave
space for motion.
