Secure BASE PLATE to BASE FRAME from step 3 with item 3-PHILLIPS HEAD
SCREW and PHILLIPS HEAD SCREW DRIVER.
Place SMALL BASEPLATE FRONT COVER and LARGE MAIN BASE PLATE on metal
frame.
