39 Matrix SATATYA NVR Quick Start
Network
Configure the Network parameters for LAN 1 and LAN 2 of the device as shown below.
LAN 1
Select the LAN 1 from the LAN drop-down list.
IP Assignment Mode
The SATATYA NVRX has three modes of IP assignment based on which the network settings of the
NVRX can be configured. User can configure the following two modes of IP assignments from the
Quick Setup Wizard as shown below:
Static: On selecting Static mode the administrator can assign,
• IP Address: Static IP address to the NVRX based on the availability.
• Subnet Mask: The Subnet Mask for the LAN
• Gateway: The IP Address of the Gateway
DHCP: On selecting the DHCP option, the DHCP server automatically assigns an IP address to the
NVRX when it comes on the network and thus no physical IP address is to be assigned to the
NVRX by the administrator.
