General Console Description

Serial Number Locations
To identify the specific unit for service or reference, serial numbers are located on barcode stickers. Users are instructed to find these stickers and enter the console serial number and frame serial number in the provided spaces. T5x Console Description

Function Description:

Usage Features:
- WORKOUT KEYS (A): Simple program view and selection buttons. A Fitness Test button cycles through available tests.

- STOP (H): Ends the workout and displays summary data.
- PAUSE (I): Pauses the workout. Pause duration can be set in manager or engineering mode.
- NUMBER KEYPAD (J): Used for workout data input during setup and speed adjustment during a workout.
- COOL DOWN (K): Initiates Cool Down mode. Cool down time depends on workout length: 2 minutes for workouts 19 minutes or shorter, and 5 minutes for workouts 20 minutes or longer.

- TOGGLE DISPLAY (M): Cycles between four rows of workout information in the LED window. Holding the button for 3 seconds enables automatic cycling.

Usage Features:
- INTENSITY BUTTONS (A):
- Pre-workout: Press to customize low/medium/high intensity presets.
- During workout: Press to automatically adjust speed to your presets. Default presets are used if not customized.
- INCLINE QUICK KEYS (B): Adjusts incline during a workout.
- SPEED QUICK KEYS (C): Adjusts speed during a workout.
- FAN (D): Allows selection of fan speed (three operating speeds).
- PAUSE (E): Pauses the workout. Pause duration can be set in manager or engineering mode.

Getting Started:
- USER button: Touch to sign in with an XID.
- GUEST button: Touch to work out anonymously.
- REGISTER button: Touch to create a new XID.
- Help (i) icon: For help or more information.
- Language icon: To change language.
User Sign-In:
- Enter XID and touch the checkmark.
- Enter PASSCODE and touch the checkmark.
- RFID Login: Consoles with RFID have a symbol (()) in the lower-right corner. To log in, touch an RFID tag to this symbol.

- Touch the checkmark to complete registration. The account becomes active, and the user is signed in.
Program Setup:
- After selecting a WORKOUT CATEGORY, choose a PROGRAM from the list.
- Help (i) icon: For more information on a selected program.
- Use SLIDER CONTROLS to adjust program settings.
- Press GO to begin the workout.
- Note: Workouts and features vary based on model type, console configurations, software versions, and purchased options.
Home Screen (T7xe/T7xi)
The home screen provides quick access to various functions and displays key workout statistics.
Usage Features:
- USERNAME or GUEST: Shown in the upper left corner.
- Workout Statistics Toggle: Touch the icon to change WORKOUT STATISTICS displayed at the bottom of the screen.
- Home Screen Return: Touch the icon to return to the home screen from an app.
- Audio Controls: Touch the icon to adjust VOLUME, pair a BLUETOOTH device, or change AUDIO SOURCE (TV, My Media, Virtual Active, etc.).
- Intensity/Speed/Incline Adjustment: Touch the up/down arrows to increase or decrease intensity level, speed, or incline.
- Keypad Input: Touch the icon to use the keypad for setting intensity level, speed, or incline. Press the checkmark to confirm.
- Reset Intensity/Speed/Incline: Touch the icon to change intensity level, speed, or incline back to the previous setting.
- Pause/Resume Workout: Touch the icon to temporarily pause, then touch it again to resume. Speed, incline, and intensity levels will be reset after resuming.
- End Workout (while paused): Touch the icon to end the workout.
- Workout Duration Adjustment: Touch the plus/minus buttons to increase or decrease workout duration.
- Cool Down Mode: Touch the icon to enter cool down mode. Cool down lasts a few minutes, reducing workout intensity for recovery.
- Screen Lock: Touch the icon to lock the screen, preventing accidental touches. Touch again to unlock.
- Fan Control: Touch the icon to turn the fan on. There are three fan speeds (low, medium, high).
Apps and Entertainment (T7xe/T7xi)
The T7xe and T7xi consoles offer a wide range of applications and entertainment options to enhance the user experience.
Workout Apps:
- SIMPLE: Displays workout stats in 3 customizable windows.
- TRACK: Displays a 400m (1/4 mile) track. The split feature tracks fastest laps and improves time.
- VIRTUAL ACTIVE: Shows workout info and Virtual Active courses. Users can escape ordinary workouts by walking or running through exotic destinations.
- TARGET HEART RATE: Tracks progress while working out to a Target Heart Rate program.
- FITNESS TEST: Tracks progress while working out to a Fitness Test program.
- SPRINT 8: Tracks progress while working out to a Sprint 8 program.
- CHANGE WORKOUT: Selects a different workout without stopping the current one.
Entertainment and Connectivity:
- MY MEDIA: Connects and controls audio and video files on-screen via USB port or Bluetooth.
- TV: Watches live TV.
- WEATHER: Gets local weather information.
- WEB BROWSER: Accesses the world wide web.
- FACILITY CALENDAR: Views facility event schedules and other information.
- YOUTUBE: Browses and watches YouTube videos.
- FACEBOOK: Browses Facebook page.
- TWITTER: Accesses Twitter feed.
- NETFLIX: Browses and watches Netflix videos. A Netflix account is required.
- HULU: Browses and watches Hulu videos. A Hulu account is required.
- MYFITNESSPAL: Helps users lose weight with MyFitnessPal, a calorie counter.

FCC Compliance
