UPDATE CENTER
1. 9/14/2020: Treadmill TreadSense functionality is defaulted Off in software version 1.1.6.15.
Refer to bulletin NB-2009006 for details on how to enable it.
2. 10/8/2020: Touch XL Only - Netflix may have performance issues similar to not enough Wi-Fi
bandwidth. This issue is only with the Netflix app. We are investigating a hardware issue, no
solution at this time.
3. 10/8/2020: Touch XL Only - Black / Green screen after workout. This is the console deleting any
downloads during the workout. Needs to be confirmed, may already be fixed with new
software version.
4. 10/30/2020: Kindle app is not working as expected. App asks to login when used and then
requires an update which the console will not allow. This will get resolved with a new software
update in December.
5. 11/6/2020: A failure has been observed where the display is off, but the console beeps when
buttons are pressed, the LEDs on the UCB are lit as expected, and the Energy Saver LED is on.
This was found to be caused by a faulty SOM on the UCB. Replace the SOM or replace the UCB.
6. 4/8/2021: The console cannot do anything on the network after initial setup. The Gateway and
DNS server fields cannot be empty. The correct gateway address must be entered.
7. 4/8/2021: Customer experiencing channel change issues. When trying to switch channels, the
screen goes black.
8. The console does not always detect a user on units produced before May 2020. See bulletin
about reprogrammed proximity sensor. NB-2010001.
9. 8/17/2021: When experiencing display issues, some issues have been traced to the LVDS cable.
We have asked the vendor to improve this connection. Please check this cable connection prior
to replacing the PCB or panel
