SETUP ISSUES
1. Refer to Service Bulletin NB-2009011 for additional console setup information.
2. Issue – The console cannot do anything on the network. Possible Solution – Make sure that the
Gateway and DNS server fields are not empty. If using a static IP address, the correct gateway
address must be entered.
3. Various Treadsense issues. Update the console software to version 1.3.8.0 or higher. This may
need to be done via USB.
4. Potential iFit Workout Summary Issue – See bulletin NB-2206007.
5. A new LVDS wire is planned to be used in the production line beginning in May 2023. See NB-
2108004.
