• Error Codes with a standardized 4-character alphanumeric ID are described in the Error Code
List and typically relate to hardware failures. This topic relates to software error messages.
• Error Code 04B0 can be caused by old software versions. If this error is present, update to the
latest software version. If this does not resolve the issue, replace the SOM board.
• Error 1 – Can be caused by Incline Motor stopping. Replace the incline motor. NOTE: Only on
the Performance Plus Treadmill.
