09200A PRECISION FROG GRINDER
Tighten the base to the Frog, centered over this work area. Ensure that the soap stone reference line and cable
are aligned
Grind the flange way from the bottom up. The angle adjustment will be on approximately the 4th notch from
vertical.
(#8 notch in this example. This may vary depending on the grinding stone wear.)
Starting at the bottom of the flange way begin grinding upward.
Use the hand wheel to move the stone up or down.
The crank handles are for adjusting the stone from side-to-side while rolling the grinder back and forth across
the length of the base.
