A. Engine
For engine troubleshooting see charts indicating faults and recommended repair procedures,
refer to Manufacturer’s Operation and Maintenance Manual.
If the particular problem is not covered or you are unsure of what steps to take, contact your
dealer for assistance.
B. Transmission
1. Paver fails to move under power.
• Inadequate oil level in hydraulic reservoir
• Control cable broken or loose
• Inadequate oil flow through transmission suction filter
• Driveline mechanical failure
2. Paver moves in neutral
• Stroke control adjustment
• Control cable damage
C. Electrical System
Engine Status Voltmeter Reading Indicates To Correct
Running 13.5 - 14 Volts Normal Condition
Running
Less than 13.5 or
more than 14 Volts
Alternator or
Regulator
Malfunction
