Remove or replace fuel cartridge and
re-insert correctly
Piezoelectric igniter bent or dirty
Use a dry cloth or toothbrush to clean
off piezoelectric igniter
Fuel cartridge locking lever in OFF
position
Move fuel cartridge locking lever to
ON position. Make sure fuel cartridge
has not been exposed to excess heat.
