Using the Booster Seat, Continued
• If adult chair is cushioned and cushion cannot be
removed, BE CERTAIN that the bottom chair strap
is fastened snugly after putting child in seat.
• Test for proper assembly before placing child in
seat.
• ALWAYS check that legs are fully extended and
foot rest is folded inward.
Prevent serious injury or death. Do not use in motor
vehicles.

FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered severe head
injuries including skull fractures when falling from
Child Chair.
• This product is ONLY for children who are 3 years
or older.

chair unassisted.
• This product may become unstable if the
manufacturer’s recommended load of 50 lb (22.7 kg)
is exceeded.
• Make sure seat accessory is assembled correctly and
securely. Test for proper assembly before placing child
in Child Chair.
• Use only on flat surfaces free of objects that could
cause the Child Chair to tip over.
• To avoid burn injuries, keep the child away from hot
liquids, ranges, radiators, space heater, fireplaces, etc.
