Why is white smoke coming out of my Maxi-matic Elite Bistro EUC-1031DR Fryer?
    • L
      Laura CampbellAug 14, 2025
White smoke during cooking with your Maxi-matic Fryer usually occurs when cooking foods with high oil content, as the oil drains into the Cooking Pan and heats up. It can also be caused by oil residue from previous uses. This does not adversely affect the air fryer or your cooking process. Make sure to thoroughly clean the Cooking Pan after every use.

What to do if food is not completely cooked in my Maxi-matic Fryer?
    • M
      Mark RiveraAug 17, 2025
If your Maxi-matic Fryer isn't cooking food completely, there might be too much food in the Cooking Pan. Try cooking in smaller batches to ensure even cooking. Also, check if the cooking temperature or time is set too low, and increase them as needed, referring to the “Cooking Time Chart”. If you're cooking raw frozen foods, thaw them first, unless they are pre-cooked frozen foods.
