• When the appliance will not be used for a longer period, please remove the plug from the
main socket.
• When you are finished with the appliance, make sure it is cleaned according to the steps
in chapter ‘Cleaning and maintenance’.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Always remove the plug from the socket before any cleaning or maintenance is being
done to the appliance.
• Warning! The showcase needs to be cleaned regularly due to hygienic regulations.
• Warning! Do not use any aggressive detergents or scourers, which may cause
scratches. Do not use gasoline containing fluids or solvents while cleaning. Make sure no
water enters the appliance.
• Warning! Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid!
• Clean the appliance with a damp cloth (water with mild detergent). Dry the appliance
totally by making use of a dry towel.
• The trays can cleaned in warm water with soap.
• Warning! Do not put parts in the dishwasher; the detergents might be too aggressive.
• Suggestion! Do not forget to clean the door sealing strip.
Possible trouble shooting
- Insufficient air flow inside the
appliance
- Directly placed in sunbeam or
next to another heat source
- Too many products in the cooler
- Door is not closed enough
- Make certain other objects are at
least 10cm away from the appliance
- Place away of the heat source
- Remove superfluous products
- Check why the door is not closed

- Stabilize the appliance, use a leveller
- Clean the condenser or ask for
maintenance
