TEST: Take a mV reading at the yellow terminal.
PROCEDURE: Connect “+” test probe on yellow wire.
Connect “-” test probe to ground,
e.g. valve body or appliance chassis.
Subtract mV reading from test on the
red wire (see previous slide) from current
reading on the yellow wire.
RESULT: The difference is the power being consumed
by the receiver.
