Why MaxPower Sunglow VMII 3000 works in battery mode when mains exist?

If your MaxPower Inverter isn't working in mains mode even when mains are available, it could be due to a tripped input protector. Check if the AC breaker has tripped and ensure the AC wiring is properly connected. Another cause might be the AC power quality is insufficient, especially from shore power or a generator. Verify that the AC wires aren't too thin or too long, and if using a generator, make sure it's working correctly and the input voltage range setting is correct. You can also try changing the output source priority to Utility first.
