Problem Cause Solution
Bluetooth dropping out. Full or corrupt device cashe.
Low power.
Manually clear device’s cashe.
Recharge sele stick.
Button not working. None compatible camera app.
Not paired.
Bluetooth protocol incorrect.
Download and install ‘Camera
360’ or ‘Camera One’.
Check bluetooth is on and the
sele stick has been added.
Check ‘Advance Settings’ on
bluetooth if available. ‘HID’
must be selected.
Bluetooth not working. Bluetooth frozen. Run the sele stick at and
leave for 24 hours, then re-
charge. Remove the bluetooth
prole from the device, Clear
the devices cashe and restart it.
Re-pair the devices.
