Why is my Maxwell MW-1441 W Ice Maker ice cream too soft?

If your Maxwell Ice Maker produces ice cream that's too soft, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the bowl has been cooled for at least 8 hours at -18°C. The freezer temperature itself must be below -18°C, as ice cream freezes at this temperature. Also, make sure you are not using too many ingredients; the volume should not exceed 350 ml. The ingredients themselves should be adequately chilled before starting. Start the ice cream making within 15 minutes after removing the bowl from the freezer. Finally, avoid opening the freezer door too often during the cooling process.
