Locking the Doors with the
Keyless Entry System
To lock all the doors, press . This will
also arm the factory-installed Anti-Theft
system.
To confirm that all doors have been
locked,

If all doors are completely closed the
doors
will lock
again, the horn will chirp
and
the parking lights
will flash. If a door
is open or ajar, the horn will give two
short chirps warning you that a door is
open.

Keyless
Entry Personal Alarm
Press
to activate the personal alarm.
This will honk the horn and flash the
lights for approximately 2 minutes and
45 seconds.
To deactivate the alarm press
again
or turn the ignition to ACC or ON.
When you press
or , the illumi-
nated
entry system turns on the vehicle’
s
interior lights for 25 seconds. You can
turn
these lights of
f by pressing
or by
turning the ignition to the ON or ACC
position.
